The Wahoo Police Department provides 24-hour protection to the citizens of Wahoo with a staff of seven full-time sworn staff members, one part-time sworn oficer and a regual part-time records clerk.  The Wahoo Police Department office is located at 605 North Broadway and is headed up by Chief of Police, Joseph Baudler.

The Chief of Police provides monthly police activity reports to the City Council as well as an Annual Activity report for the publics understanding of what the Police Department does for the community and for information the numbers and types of crimes and police activities that take place in Wahoo.
