 General Information
The City of Wahoo has three municipally owned and operated cemeteries.

The Wahoo Cemetery, also known as Greenwood Cemetery, is a smaller property located at 18th & Chestnut on the north edge of town. The Sunrise Cemetery, officially known as the Knights of Honor Cemetery, and Sunrise North Cemetery are located approximately ½ mile east of Wahoo on County Road K.
 

 
The City of Wahoo has full-time staff that maintains the cemeteries in Wahoo. If you have any questions regarding decoration and ornamentation of graves, burials, lot sales, rules and regulations, foundations, or markers, please see the policies listed on the Policies page. If the policy found there does not answer your questions, please email harrell@wahoo.ne.us or call 402-443-3222.
 
Additionally, there are two Catholic cemeteries located very near Wahoo.
 
St Francis Cemetery is located just south of Sunrise Cemetery, ½ mile east of Wahoo on County Road K. St Wenceslaus Cemetery is located ½ mile north of 23rd & Hackberry (the intersection of County Roads 18 & M). Both cemeteries are owned and operated by the St Wenceslaus Church in Wahoo.
