  Ordinance No. 2042 - Amendment to Municipal Code to provide regulations for beer garden, sidewalk cafe, and outdoor cafe licenses.

   Ordinance No. 2043 - Amendment to Chapter 38 Utility Rates (electric to be effective 8/1/10)
